In a digital landscape clouded by synthetic media and coordinated disinformation, Eurovision News Spotlight stands as a collective defence for the truth.
We are a collaborative network of journalists, researchers, and OSINT experts from 30 public service organizations, dedicated to upholding the integrity of information through forensic evidence and data-driven context.
Why Eurovision News Spotlight?
The fight against misinformation cannot be won in isolation. Spotlight was created by Eurovision News in collaboration with Members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) to help public service media across Europe counter falsehoods at scale.
By merging the specialized expertise of the EBU network with the Alliance for Facts project, we provide a unified front against cross-border disinformation narratives.
